Each piece is delivered with its box (if provided by the brand), dust bag, and SERAVÉ purchase receipt — ensuring a complete luxury experience from the moment it arrives.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only if the item remains in its pristine, unworn condition with all signature packaging intact. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
No Returns After Delivery
For the integrity of our service, returns are not possible once delivery has been completed at your doorstep.
50% Deposit Required (Cash on Delivery Only)
For Cash on Delivery orders, a 50% deposit via InstaPay is required in advance to secure your order. The remaining balance is collected upon delivery. Online payments are charged in full at checkout — no deposit required.
