Complete Luxury Packaging
Each piece is delivered with its authentic box, dust bag (if provided by the brand), vendor receipt, and warranty card — ensuring a complete luxury experience from the moment it arrives.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only if the item remains in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging intact. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
No Returns After Delivery
For the integrity of our service and the authenticity of every piece, returns are not possible once delivery has been completed at your doorstep.
50% Deposit Required
To secure your order, a 50% deposit via online payment (InstaPay) is required in advance. The remaining balance is collected upon delivery.
